What is a remote support Session?
Our Remote support session allows us to repair your computer remotely, using your high-speed Internet connection. All it takes is a simple download and our skilled technicians will take over your PC and quickly provide a variety of services. This technology allows us to respond very quickly to many common issues (usually the same-day) and get you up and running fast - all done without the need to send anyone to your home or office!
How does it work?
You will receive a phone call from your technician at your scheduled appointment time. Your technician will walk you through the simple connection process and then take control of your keyboard and mouse to begin fixing your problems. You will be able to watch your technician work live on your PC. You can choose to remain on the phone with your technician while your work is completed, or you can simply go back to enjoying your day while we work and we'll call you back to let you know when the work is done — it couldn't be easier!
Am I eligible for a Virtual House Call?
As long as your PC is using Windows XP or newer and you have a working high-speed Internet connection, you are eligible. Don't worry if you aren't sure - when you call to schedule your Remote support Call, we'll test your PC to make sure you qualify! Unfortunately, not every problem can be resolved with a Remote support Call. Certain issues just require physical access to the PC.

We warranty Apple Mac service repairs for a full 180 days from the date of invoice and 90 Days for Windows PC. If motherboard is not repairable customer will be given an option to purchase from a third party seller, warranty varies from the seller to seller.
We offer an extended warranty period of 1 year at an additonal cost.
What is your turnaround time
We usually get the repairs done in 1 to 3 days after receiving your computer, You will be notified via phone or email as soon as the repair has been completed.

We just wanted to share our experience with Ernesto at Complete Computer Repair. For starters, we had purchased a top of the line HP Envy notebook from Best Buy. Had it a year and began having the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Things just got progressively worse, did all we could do... Then finally decided to get it fixed. We live in rural Texas, and as there is none near that we trust to do repairs the search began, and we found out about Complete Computer Repair, and we are so glad we did!
After speaking with Ernesto, we sent the notebook to him to repair, and after he checked it out, replaced the BIOS, and did all sorts of diagnostics, it turned out the motherboard was bad, but not repairable.
Ernesto was very upfront, open and honest throughout the entire process.
He replaced the board, reinstalled Windows 10 & Office Suite, for a VERY reasonable labor fee, plus the cost of the board.
We would recommend Ernesto to anyone, no matter where you live, or what problem you may have, he can handle it, with professional courtesy to boot.
We wish him the best of luck in his endeavors!
Although we hope to not have to use his services again, in the event that we need computer repair, he will be the one we will call.
