Do you offer warranty service on your repairs

We warranty all service repairs for a full 90 days from the date of invoice. If Screen not in stock there will be a 4 day grace period before it arrives. In case your computer's' motherboard is not repairable customer will be given an option to purchase from a third party seller, warranty varies from the seller to seller.

We offer an extended warranty period of 1 year at an additonal cost.

What is your turnaround time

We usually get the repairs done in 1 to 3 days after receiving your computer, You will be notified via phone or email as soon as the repair has been completed.

LCD / LED Laptop Screen Repair Type and Size

Transmissive LCDs are the most commonly used LCD screens because they are the best compromise between high quality and low price. The screen uses a thin film transistor that allows current to pass through it and light up the diodes. The downside to transmissive LCD screens is that the backlight can be overpowered by bright lights or the sun during outdoor use.

Transflective screens are a hybrid of the transmissive screen and the reflective screen technologies that allows the LCD to act like a transmissive screen indoors and a reflective screen outdoors. The downside to transflective screens is the increased cost of production. Thus, most manufacturers stick with transmissive screens because most laptops are used in an indoor environment.

Laptop screen manufacturers have switched to use LED lights for backlighting of the screen. The LED lights not only use less power but are much brighter and overall provide much better image display. These LED Screens are thinner and requiered less power will provide longer battery life. for your laptop

Had it a year and began having the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Things just got progressively worse, did all we could do... Then finally decided to get it fixed. We live in rural Texas, and as there is none near that we trust to do repairs the search began, and we found out about Complete Computer Repair, and we are so glad we did! After speaking with Ernesto, we sent the notebook to him to repair, and after he checked it out, replaced the BIOS, and did all sorts of diagnostics, it turned out the motherboard was bad, but not repairable. Ernesto was very upfront, open and honest throughout the entire process. He replaced the board, reinstalled Windows 10 & Office Suite, for a VERY reasonable labor fee, plus the cost of the board.
