We warranty Apple Mac service repairs for a full 180 days from the date of invoice and 90 Days for Windows PC. If motherboard is not repairable customer will be given an option to purchase from a third party seller, warranty varies from the seller to seller.
We offer an extended warranty period of 1 year at an additonal cost.

We usually get the repairs done in 1 to 3 days after receiving your computer, You will be notified via phone or email as soon as the repair has been completed.

We just wanted to share our experience with Ernesto at Complete Computer Repair. For starters, we had purchased a top of the line HP Envy notebook from Best Buy. Had it a year and began having the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Things just got progressively worse, did all we could do... Then finally decided to get it fixed. We live in rural Texas, and as there is none near that we trust to do repairs the search began, and we found out about Complete Computer Repair, and we are so glad we did!
After speaking with Ernesto, we sent the notebook to him to repair, and after he checked it out, replaced the BIOS, and did all sorts of diagnostics, it turned out the motherboard was bad, but not repairable.
Ernesto was very upfront, open and honest throughout the entire process.
He replaced the board, reinstalled Windows 10 & Office Suite, for a VERY reasonable labor fee, plus the cost of the board.
We would recommend Ernesto to anyone, no matter where you live, or what problem you may have, he can handle it, with professional courtesy to boot.

I called Ernesto after searching for local companies to fix my MacBook Pro that suddenly stopped working. The laptop had very important documents, and it worked fine before suddenly not responding when pressing the power button.
